| Details: Join world renowned wine writer and critic Robert M. Parker Jr. for a tasting of wines from the 2005 Bordeaux vintage at The Culinary Institute of America at Greystone. Now in its fifth year, this annual event helps provide funding for student scholarships to the CIA’s Rudd Center for Professional Wine Studies.
The tasting will include 18 wines from the 2005 Bordeaux vintage, which the Wine Spectator says is “a vintage that ranks among the greatest since the legendary 1961”. Wines featured will include all five First Growths and many Super Seconds.
